Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using Coffee Run ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

The Service

Coffee Run is a mobile application for discovering coffee shops, tracking visits via a digital passport, writing reviews, and connecting with other coffee enthusiasts. The service is provided "as is" and we may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the App. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

User Content

When you submit reviews, upload photos, or create other content on Coffee Run:

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant Coffee Run a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content within the App and on our website (e.g., for shared profile links).
• You represent that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or is reported by other users.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post reviews that are fraudulent, misleading, or for shops you haven't visited.
• Upload photos that are inappropriate, offensive, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the App in an automated manner.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts.

Coffee Shop Information

Coffee Run aggregates information about coffee shops from multiple sources including Google Places, user contributions, and our own research. While we strive for accuracy:

• Hours, addresses, and other shop details may be outdated or incorrect.
• We are not responsible for your experience at any coffee shop listed in the App.
• Users can report incorrect information, and we will review and update as appropriate.

Intellectual Property

The Coffee Run name, logo, design, and code are the property of Coffee Run. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

Coffee Run is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: inaccurate shop information, lost data, service interruptions, or interactions with other users.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
